The neighborhood is very family friendly. Wonderful neighbors, a huge park is being built behind our house. University Heights is a fabulous city, known for its beautiful homes and yards. It is very safe. Our home is located within walking distance to a large shopping center which includes a Target. We are also within walking distance of a grocery store, bank, elementary school (fabulous teachers and principal), and fast food places and restaurants. And while being within walking distance to all these places, our street is quiet. It is about a 10 minute drive to Case Western.

I haven't included pictures of the basement yet because we are installing new carpet in a week. I wasn't able to include pictures of the basement because just before moving we installed new carpet. The basement has been a great family space. We installed an Easy Breathe system because most houses in Cleveland have some kind of water damage and mold. We didn't want to deal with that so we had the Easy Breathe installed which dries the air in the basement and we also waterproofed the basement. It has a lifetime warranty (which is transferable to the new owners), and it's guaranteed. No mold and no dank basement smell you'll find in other Cleveland houses. The washer and dryer stay. There is also a fabulous large food storage closet in the basement.
